The Stanford Health Care Retirement Savings Plan RSP Contribution Modeling Tool Modeler (the "Modeler") is intended to help you decide how much to contribute to the Stanford Health Care Retirement Savings Plan (RSP) for employees of Stanford Health Care and Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital. By checking the box below to access the Modeler, you consent to electronic receipt and agree that you have received electronically, read, and are bound by the terms and conditions of use herein (the "Terms").
The information and resources provided throughout the Modeler, including text, graphics, images, and other materials, are provided as general information, may be based on various assumptions relating to your age, eligibility, elections, or compensation, and neither represent nor are intended to be specific advice to you or anyone else on any particular matter, including, but not limited to, tax, legal, retirement planning, insurance, financial, investment, or similar advice.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any data you enter into the Modeler, and calculations are based on the information you provide. The rights, exclusions, warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability under these terms operate to the benefit of Stanford Health Care and Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital ‘subcontractors, licensors, and vendors to the same extent that such provisions operate to the benefit of Stanford Health Care or Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital.
Nothing in the Modeler is intended to create, or meant to be construed to create, a contract of employment between you and Stanford Health Care or Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital or any of their affiliates or subsidiaries. Stanford Health Care and Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital reserve the right to amend or discontinue the plans and/or programs described in the Modeler, in whole or in part, at any time for any reason without prior notice to, or consent by, employees.
Although the Modeler contains high-level information about benefits available under the Plan, it is not intended to provide every detail. More detailed information can be found in the Summary Plan Description. In the event of a discrepancy or inconsistency between the content described in the Modeler, including any estimated calculations or provisions of the Plan, the terms of the Plan are controlling and will govern the amount, if any, you may be entitled to receive under the Plan.
Stanford Health Care and Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital reserve the right to amend the Terms at any time, and any amendment shall become effective immediately.
Stanford Health Care and Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital and their subsidiaries reserve the right to amend the benefits described in the Modeler (and the plans and programs under which it is provided) in whole or in part or completely discontinue them at any time, and nothing in this communication in any way limits that right.
